Shumookh offers a variety of Abayas, Kanduras, Guthra, Agal, Burqa, Niqab, and Khimar with customization services available. Orders can be placed from anywhere across the globe.
3. Payment and Pricing

Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between you and Shumookh. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you by phone or email and initiate the refund.
Reasons for non-acceptance include:
- Out-of-stock products
- Pricing or description errors
- Mismatched billing information
- Technical issues or updates to comply with laws
We also offer cash on delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
For standard orders, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days, followed by a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days after processing is complete. For GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) orders, the delivery time is 19 to 20 business days, with an additional processing time of 3 to 5 business days.
Shumookh reserves the right to choose any delivery courier depending on the country.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur as a result of courier-related matters, severe weather conditions, or any Act of Allah.
